At Jesus Inside Ministries [JIM], our mission is to lead people worldwide into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

JIM is a Christian ministry, organized as a Georgia non-profit corporation. The success of our mission requires that we daily earn your trust, by doing our utmost to preserve your privacy and the security of your personal information, and by clearly informing you of how we use your information. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT

NETWORK INFORMATION

Our systems automatically collect the IP address of the computer you use to visit our website and track the number of site visitors and the number of visits to each page and resource on the website. This information cannot be used to identify a specific person.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

JIM never collects personal information without your knowledge and consent. We can request personal information when you create an account, request a resource, create a subscription to one of our publications, make a donation, make a purchase, submit a prayer request, or use site links to otherwise communicate with us. This information includes, but is not limited to, your first and last names, postal address, telephone number, email address, and other demographic information. For online transactions, we also request your credit card number, expiration date, and may request your Card Security Code [CSC, CVV2, or CCID] number. JIM never stores your credit card information, which constitutes your credit card number, expiration date, and security code. If you request for your credit card information to be saved, JIM keeps a representation of the card that is only meaningful to the payment processor in order to ensure the security and efficiency of any future transaction that you request. Any credit card information that JIM requests is done for the purpose of effectively fulfilling your request.

SMS SUBSCRIPTIONS

Jesus Inside Ministries (hereinafter, “We,” “Us,” “Our”) is offering a mobile messaging program (the “Program”), which you agree to use and participate in subject to the Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy (the Terms and Privacy Policy are referred to collectively as the “Agreement”). Jesus Inside Ministries respects your privacy. We will only use information you provide through the Program to transmit your mobile messages and respond to you, if necessary. This includes, but is not limited to, sharing information with platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of mobile messages. If, in Our sole discretion, We believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or you have opted into the Program for an ulterior purpose, We may refuse you access to the Program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.

ITM is committed to preserving the security of all information in our custody. Our information systems are maintained in physically secured, access-controlled data centers. All data are protected through a multi-layered approach at the network, storage, server, and applications levels, with data access rigorously controlled and limited to trained employees on a need-to-know basis. In addition, we engage external consultants to audit our online systems and test them periodically for all known vulnerabilities.

If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. Storage of information regarding your activities on the Site

Logging Information: intouch.org (apps) logs and stores anonymous information each time you visit the site. This information includes: Time and Date of visit, IP address, host, client (browser type) and the referrer by which you came to intouch.org. This information is used strictly for statistical analysis. This information is NOT shared or sold to any unaffiliated third parties under any circumstances, the only exception being inquiries by local, state, federal, and international authorities.

Upon completing JIM’s registration process, you will receive a password and account designation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and you are fully responsible for any activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to notify JIM of an unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security and ensure you exit from your account at the end of each session.

JIM can for any reason or not reason without prior notice, at its sole discretion, immediately terminate your Site account and access to Your account at any time and for any reason, and shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account or access to JIM. No waiver of terms
